Went to the Movies

I went to the movies the other day and saw "Mr. and Mrs. Smith." It was a pretty good movie. Could have been better, but it was nice. Anyway, that's besides the point... the point is they were bits of it that reminded me of Dante. ^_^

The guy's way of doing things compared to the girl's was typically Dante style: big and showy. The girl's was classier and precise. It was funny. Also, the end scene had DMC written all over it! The two were doing moves like Dante (and Lady) with guns. It was great. That was the best scene. Heh.

Oh, in case you're wondering (and don't already know) the movie is about two spies/assasins that lived together and didn't know it. Until now. They try to kill each other, realize they love each other for real rather than show and... so forth. *Shrugs*

Speaking of movies that remind me of Dante, there's a scene in Desperado that also has Dante-style gun fighting. The main guy has a shoot out in a bar and he uses two pistols. He even shoots behind his back blindly while shooting in front at the same time just like Dante! Hehe... yea, I'm a dork...

I've heard of it. I did think about going to see it as it looks suitable daft to keep me mildly entertained XD

That's what I thought. And I think it would have worked better had my mood been better... but I wasn't feeling that well that day. But it's pretty good. You should go see it. Somewhere cheap though. Heh. But... if for nothing else, go to see the Dante wannabe parts. lol. XD

Hehe. Yea, I've been noticing alot of things that make me thing of Dante lately. I can watch just about anything and find some way to link it to DMC. How obsessed... XD

Yea, kinda. All of ours, truthfully. It was what we were talking about... I posted it in the general section. The problem though, was that I couldn't really remember the real thing I had wanted to put there... I had to come up with something else. (But still true)
